Return Policy on Rocks Discount Vitamins Products

If you would like to make a return on a product(s), Those items (s) must be returned within 30 days of the original order date returns requested beyond this time will be refused. The Rocks Discount Vitamins warehouse cannot accept returns on opened and used products for the safety of the team and quality of other products in the warehouse.

Within the first 30 days of the original order date if you do not notify us of the problem with your order a refund or exchange will not be given. This includes but is not limited to failure to receive a product, damage to the container or safety seal, quality of the product’s contents, and/or receipt of an incorrect product. When a return request is submitted, a Rocks Discount Vitamins customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm the condition of the product. Returns requested are subject to be refused.

Issuing a refund, Store Credit, or Exchange

All purchases are charged and refunded in U.S. dollars (USD) Rocks Discount Vitamins is not responsible for the difference in financial exchange rates.

unopened, unused, and unworn you will be issued a full refund of the subtotal amount. This refund does not include shipping and handling charges.

If you request to exchange your item, the customer service team will contact you to confirm what item you would like to exchange. They will also confirm whether that item, flavor, or size are in stock.

If you requested store credit, the customer service team will contact you to confirm that you have received a credit. They will issue a store credit code that you can use for a future Rocks Discount Vitamins purchase.

Please note that Rocks Discount Vitamins cannot provide returns or exchanges on international orders.
